Establishing Trust and Rapport in the Marketing Process

Establishing trust and rapport with your prospects is critical in the marketing process. No one is going to buy a product from a company they don’t trust. Similarly, they won’t hire a company to perform a service for them, such as landscaping or remodeling, if they don’t have trust and rapport with them.

There are a lot of things that can build trust between a prospect and your company. You can make sure there is an office mailing address on each postcard. This shows the prospect that you have an established operation. If you have been in business for a long time, putting how long you have been serving your customers will help build trust. Adding pictures of yourself or your staff (not fake stock photos) will add a personal connection and establish trust. These are just a few examples. We have to include these measures into the marketing process to convert the most prospects into customers.
